Bio - I have been 18 years on my own journey of personal growth and transformation, experiencing and overcoming many life challenges along the way and continuing to explore and grow. My experiences have deepened my ability to have compassion and empathy for my clients and their challenges – knowing full well, that however difficult life is, riches lie beneath and people simply need the right support to discover them.
I have developed over the years a solid foundation based on initially working with colour and its affects on our self-esteem before becoming a Kinesiologist and teaching Touch for Health in 1994. In 1996 I then studied further and eventually certified as a Resonance Repatterning Practitioner. Over the years I have built a UK wide clientele and offer private consultations, workshops and individual retreats at the Llangollen Natural Health Clinic in North Wales, bringing together and sharing all the life and professional skills I have gained over the years.
The formation of this Institute is a major step on my path to ensuring that Resonance Repatterning, a process that has given me so much support and reward in my life, has solid foundations here in the UK. For me, teaching the professional practitioner training program and mentoring students on their journey to Certification brings these reward to many more people. The more of us who can do this work to improve our lives and the lives of others the better. Change has to come from within and as more of us develop the ability to live this and to facilitate this, then the world will in time become a kinder place.
